Developer Platform Terms and Conditions
Platform Overview
This platform connects developers with specific, repeatable tasks on various web pages. Developers must register, pass a qualification test, and comply with all platform rules to participate.
Task Assignment and Completion
- Tasks appear in the developer dashboard.
- Developers have 30 seconds to accept a task before it's reassigned.
- Tasks must be completed correctly within 15 minutes of acceptance.
- Incorrectly completed tasks will be returned for revision.
- If a developer doesn't accept a returned task, it will be reassigned without payment.
- Missing 3 consecutive tasks will automatically set the developer's status to offline.
Payments
- Each correctly completed task pays $2.
- Payments are made weekly, every Tuesday, for the previous week's completed tasks.
- Payment may be delayed due to holidays or bank closures.
- Developers are paid only once per correctly completed task.
- There are no back charges for previously paid tasks found to be incorrect.
Developer Requirements
- Pass the initial qualification test.
- Provide complete account identification documentation as required by their jurisdiction.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.
Legal Disclaimers
- Independent Contractor Status: Developers are considered independent contractors, not employees of the platform.
- No Guarantee of Work: The platform does not guarantee a minimum number of tasks or income.
- Tax Responsibilities: Developers are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes.
- Data Privacy: Developers must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
- Intellectual Property: All work completed through the platform becomes the property of the client or platform, as specified in individual task agreements.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration as per the full terms of service.
- Termination: The platform reserves the right to terminate a developer's account for violations of these terms or other misconduct.
- Changes to Terms: The platform may modify these terms with notice to developers.
